MUAY THAI STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING VS THAILAND TRAINING METHOD

One of the guys on my programme asked me, “What are the benefits of your training (strength and conditioning) method versus the the Thailand method?”

It’s a good question, and one I thought I’d answer with a video rather than a few brief sentences. So on a windy, November, Sunday morning, I grabbed my camera while taking my dog Logan for a walk. And as Logan got up to his usual daft antics, I chatted through my thoughts on this question.

I didn’t know how it would turn out, but it kind of worked. I may film some more “Dog Walk Talks” in the future. Let me know what you think!

Those eagle-eyed amongst you may spot where I cut the shot just before Logan cocked his leg up a tree…
