So many expect quick results, and give in when progress seems too slow for their liking. But, you may well be turning back just when success is around the corner… This is why you fail!
As long as you have a plan to achieve your goal, keep going at it. Don’t be put off by temporary fluctuations. See the bigger picture.
And a plan is not static, it should adapt to what’s happening – accommodate life circumstances and your own body’s response to training.
This is applies to all aspects of your training, and life in general. Plan, adjust the plan, and see it through.
