This weekend I was privileged to meet Will Chung when attending his Tacfit MMA workshop. To say he’s had a profound effect on me would be an understatement.
Will is not only an renowned martial artist and coach, but really knows movement. His approach is one of a universal practicality – it doesn’t matter what you apply the principles to (Muay Thai, BJJ, Wrestling, Boxing etc), good, efficient movement is simply good movement.
With Will’s permission, I’ve chosen to share with you one of his Outuflow sequences – which I feel is of particular interest to Thai boxers. These exercises are just one piece of a holistic framework designed to activate and mobilise key movement patterns before training or fighting. After this sequence you’ll be primed for clinch, knee, guarding and straight punching.
Take a look at the video and let me know what you think.
