Every session should be designed to make you better, not just tired. And fundamental to this is understanding what makes you better at Muay Thai, and what makes you either worse or wastes time!
After watching the video, consider what you’ll be:
a) Learning (programming a new engram pattern from scratch)
b) Changing (reprogramming an old, poorly formed engram pattern)
c) Reinforcing (bedding in trusted engram pattern under fatigue)
