“What Muay Thai strength and conditioning equipment do I need?”
I’m asked this a lot!

You don’t need lots of equipment, or even expensive equipment to follow a world class strength and conditioning program. And I’ve boiled it down to these “must have” items. Collect these, and there really is nothing holding you back, except the way you’re using them!

In the following video I share which Muay Thai strength and conditioning equipment items I recommend, and break down where I use them in my programming too. It’s important to realise you don’t need everything in one go – you can progressively add equipment to your regime as you work through your program.

And if you’re setting up a home gym, shop around online and go for the most universal options possible. They may cost a little more, but you can use them for everything and end up buying less!
