Muay Thai has become your passion. You want to stop wasting opportunities. You want to leave your mark. You are a… Heavy Hitter.

Is that you? If you are what I call a “Heavy Hitter” then you’re in the right place!

Together we are the movers and shakers of the Muay Thai community, those challenging themselves on a daily basis to become more. Challenging Muay Thai to become more!

Heavy Hitters are the Thai boxers and coaches of all levels looking for the most efficient and effective Muay Thai performance training-strategies and tactics to level up. I’m Don Heatrick, and my mission is to share with you just that!

Our Heavy Hitter community believes Muay Thai is the most exciting combat sport there is and that the fighters deserve more recognition for their achievements and sacrifice. We believe they deserve the best physical preparation possible so they can become the world class athletes they deserve to be.

We value the lessons and personal development gained from just training in Muay Thai, let alone competing in it! All of this drives what we do, and Heavy Hitters value sharing this experience with others as much as we do discovering it for ourselves.

We both respect the traditional and embrace the new. We’re open to all influences that help us grow and improve, regardless of its origins. We‘re hungry to discover, to learn new things. We recognise that, like Jim Rohn has famously said, “Your level of success rarely exceeds your level of personal development.” We understand that the changes you want in your Muay Thai performance and life all begin with thinking differently.

The Heavy Hitter community believes in quality over quantity, and getting results over just making yourself busy. We’re prepared to do the work, accepting that failure is part of growth and that the path to success isn’t a straight one. If our challenges don’t scare us a little, it’s not challenge! And if we’re not failing once in a while, then we aren’t pushing ourselves hard enough. Heavy Hitters strive to become comfortable with being uncomfortable!

Everyday we aim to become more than we were yesterday, and our passion for training in Muay Thai has evolved into a self-development tool. We love being part of a like-minded community of others also looking to realise their potential and set a good example to themselves and others. Real recognises real! And a rising tide lifts all boats! Muay Thai has found us and is our vehicle to become more.

I’m excited to welcome you to the Heavy Hitter community. Your success is our success.

Are you ready to discover, practice, and become?
