Once you are tired of just “working out” (spinning your wheels), start TRAINING instead.

When you’re training, you’re progressively working toward a specific purpose

And that purpose is far more targeted than “stay in shape” or keeping busy.

A woolly objective like that may burn calories and prevent you putting on body fat, but it won’t make you a better fighter.

Right now (on lockdown), you’ve been handed an opportunity to train like a pro… multiple times a day if you want!

But most are randomly burning calories in work outs rather than training to become a better fighter (once they’re released back into the wild)!

Now is the time to get ahead.

Learn how to put together a training program that improves your mobility, stability, movement, strength, power, speed, and endurance — boosting your athletic foundation.

There’s tons of guides and articles at that you can dig through. Just check out the website menus.

And if you want to get started today, but you’ve been caught out and don’t have any training equipment…

Follow my free 4-week progressive SPS Routine for strength, power, and speed.

Just because you may have plenty of time available to you right now, that doesn’t mean you should waste it.

Take this opportunity to emerge improved, not merely maintained.

And check out all the Muay Thai performance resources and information freely available here on my website,

There’s a lot of content on this site, so to help you get started, the following guides and routines will help you fast-track your Muay Thai strength and conditioning training and performance.
