Tune-up your Muay Thai Superman punch or elbow with this Med Ball Jump Slam exercise!
Not only is this a great explosive hip extension and core anti-extension exercise, but it’s a fantastic way to teach timing and awareness of body position during jumping strikes.
Seriously great for amping up your flying Superman elbow!
This exercise helps improve the timing of your flying strikes to maximise alignment of the force direction created by your centre of mass during flight… Turning your jumping techniques into killers!
This exercise not only trains foundation explosive movement and stability, but forms a cross-over into enhancing sport-specific timing too.
The weight of the med ball allows a fighter to ‘feel’ the timing far easier than simply jumping into the air and striking a bag or pad.
It really powers up your flying Muay Thai superman punches and elbows!
